Burger Factory -Hamilton

Jacobs Construction Inc managed the complete transformation of an existing commercial space into a fully operational Burger Factory restaurant in Hamilton. From demolition through final completion, we coordinated full-height heavy-gauge metal framing to the roof deck, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, commercial kitchen ventilation and exhaust hood, drywall and finishing, interior and exterior painting, stucco work, commercial floor tile, kitchen equipment installation, quartz countertops, custom service counters, seating, and sinage. The project was managed through all required permits, inspections, and approvals with the City of Hamilton, delivering a complete restaurant build-out from start to finish.
