From Powder Room & Walk-In Closet to a Complete Primary Ensuite

Jacobs Construction Inc. transformed a compact powder room and adjoining walk-in closet into a complete three-piece primary ensuite. The renovation began with full demolition, removal of the dividing wall and closure of the former closet entrance, creating a more functional layout within the home’s existing footprint.

We coordinated the project from start to finish, including plumbing and electrical work, floor preparation, shower construction, tiling, drywall, trim and painting. The finished space features a glass-enclosed shower with large-format wall tiles and a hexagonal mosaic floor, a new vanity with a quartz countertop, matte-black fixtures and hardware, updated lighting and a new toilet. Repairs and painting extended into the bedroom to blend the closed closet doorway into the surrounding wall.

The result is a bright, cohesive ensuite that brings together practical storage, durable finishes and the everyday convenience of a full bathroom connected to the primary bedroom.
